MONO Mixed Output
Mixes the audio from transmitters A and B into a single output, ensuring good compatibility across different media devices during playback.
STEREO Output

Received it fast even though I live in Europe. Works good, quality great - so far I'm happy
I bought my X5M via amazon due to the fact I could get it faster in the states. The first time I used it for content for my business, the lightning adapter for my iPhone stopped working and later found out that I lost almost 2 hours of audio that I couldn't get back. I reached out to the customer service email on Fulaim's website and someone responded very quickly asking me to send videos of the problem. I did that day and sent them to the email. That was in Dec 2024 and after about a week of not hearing back, I reached out to the company via Instagram. I got some contact to which they asked me to verify my purchase which I did and I was told the second week of December, that a replacement adapter would be mailed at which point I provided my email, phone number and address for shipping. I was assured it would take about 7-10 business days so I waited. Over a month later, after I had not received the replacement adapter, I reached back out via Instagram and was told "I'm sorry, we forgot to send this". After expressing my frustration, I again reached out to the customer service email to which I did get a response but they gave me new directions of who to talk to and I have not heard from them in over a month. The person communicating with me on Instagram has mad some promises but it is contradictory to the service email I received. I want to love this product because I have seen amazing reviews but at this point, I can't accurately rate the product above 2 stars cause it has not worked and the company obviously could care less.

I consider the product with box, mic and receiver very good. It’s very practical and easy to operate.
Unfortunately there was only one windscreen fluffy included. That is a little disappointing. Therefore only 3 stars.
